This vintage Seiko Automatic 7009-8250 is a wonderfully distinctive piece, combining classic Seiko reliability with unmistakable period styling. The silver dial features a subtle vertical texture, applied dark hour markers and matching hands, alongside a bilingual Arabic/English day-date display at 3 o’clock. Its softly squared cushion-style stainless-steel case gives the watch plenty of vintage character while remaining extremely wearable, with the clean monochrome dial allowing the unusual Arabic day wheel to become one of the watch’s standout details.

Powered by Seiko’s dependable 17-jewel calibre 7009 automatic movement, the watch offers the straightforward mechanical construction for which vintage Seiko became so well known. It has been paired with a new tan leather strap with contrasting cream stitching, adding warmth to the silver dial and giving the watch a fresh, versatile appearance on the wrist. The case retains signs of previous wear consistent with its age, while the dial remains particularly attractive with its textured finish. A characterful vintage Seiko and an excellent everyday mechanical watch with the added appeal of its Arabic day display.
