This vintage Seiko Quartz 1221-5050 is a wonderfully distinctive piece, combining a rectangular gold-tone textured dial with a beautifully angular stainless-steel case and integrated bracelet. The contrasting gold-tone hour markers, crown and bracelet accents give the watch an unmistakably luxurious 1970s/early-1980s aesthetic, while the fine vertical dial texture adds considerably more character in person. Its integrated bracelet and exposed gold-tone detailing create a bold architectural look reminiscent of the era’s high-end sports-luxury designs. A genuinely unusual vintage Seiko that stands apart from the brand’s more conventional models and makes a fantastic statement piece on the wrist.
